gaystocks.com is a service of Piccadilly Capital Group Ltd., Office 66, 101 Clapham High Street, London SW4 7TB, United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and sign up, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you sign up: your email address, which signup form you used, the page you were on, the time, and the consent wording you agreed to.
- If you answer the follow-up questions: the sectors you trade, whether you trade in Canada or the U.S., and your mobile number if you choose to give it. We only text you if you tick the box to opt in.
- Automatically: like any website, our host receives technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
How we use it
- To send you the weekly gaystocks.com email, and text alerts if you opted in.
- To tailor what we send to the interests you picked.
- To keep a record of your consent.
We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
We keep your details while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your signup, consent and unsubscribe for as long as we need it to show we followed the law.
Your choices and rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.
